Baby Blue and Gold Macaw (monty) hatching 23 November 2008. Normally there is no assistance given to baby chicks in their struggle to come into the world, but this chick would have certainly died as he was dehydrating fast and couldn't break through...now she is the most beautiful Macaw...so pleased for the intervention.
